What I love most about this environment Hypo2 has created is that I am fully supported. Last year I joined a traditional gym for the first time, then slowly lost motivation as the months went by. The effort was hard and I dreaded going, typically squeezing it in at the end of the day. Solo and unsupervised, I was never confident I was doing the “right” things. Now I never want to miss my afternoon classes, wherein I have my very own world-class strength and conditioning expert who ensures I’m doing movements in the best possible way.
